Q1. In case I am not there at the time of delivery, what will happen?
Normally at the time of delivery customers get a call to check their presence. But in case the delivery of the order didn’t receive by the customer there will be re-dispatched after pursuing suitable instructions from customer.

Yes, you can change the address later within 24 hours of delivery.
