SHIPPING POLICY

Stylumfab has its own cost assurance of product delivery all over in India. Stylumfab shall not be blameworthy for delays following from insufficient listings of address. In the case of reshipping of the same order, reshipping charges must be paid by the customer for the reshipment and any kind of fines.

The products are being double packed to make sure that the products are delivered to customers in a safe and secure manner.

All orders made by the customer are shipped by best transport concern within 7 working days. Since our courier agencies will not deliver to post office box address so customers are requested to mention full address with pin or zip code for which there will be no issue in delivering.

Note: *Billing address means the address where the customer collects their credit card bills and shipping address means where the customer collects their order or delivery is placed to that address.

*No refund, return or exchange of products in case of delay due to problems of transport agency.

* We will be informing you by email in case of delay due to some valid reasons like unavailability of a product or unusual delay in order filling.

Shipment time:-

*On each product on the page, we have mentioned the approximate timing for delivery.

* Depending on the availability of the product or any other factor, the product may either deliver earlier or later.

* Order will be processed within 24-48 hours and will be delivered within 7 working days.

Transit risk:-

* In case of damaged of order, our team will again reprocess the order without taking any extra cost.

Tracking of shipment:-

* Stylumfab will provide the information regarding shipment through emails to the customer as soon as the package is passed across to the transport agency.

*The email will be containing the transport agency’s details along with the delivery date and tracking number. Customers can able to get updates of the package delivery.

*The tracking number will be updated within 24 hours on the website to provide the necessary details of delivering the product.

Request for changing of postal address:-

* If Customer wants to change their postal address then they have to change their postal address within 24 hour of placing an order by sending a request letter to email.

In case of delay:-

* Delivery time is being mentioned on our page under the products description but when the situation will be beyond our control, the delay may occur. But no refund, exchange, return due to this reason will entertain be us.

*Emails will be provided in case of delay.

Nondelivery of the package:-

* We approve validating addresses before ensuring the same. We are not responsible for delivering of product to an incorrect address. If that product is returned to us due to an incorrect address or due to outdated then the status of the order will be closed by us. Please make sure to provide us with your current and correct address.

*Three Failed delivery attempts will be considered the order status to be closed by us.

*If you have sent a gift to someone and they refused it by thinking that it has sent to them by mistaken then the product will be returned to us. You have to ensure that they received your gift and then the order status will be closed.

Shipping of products is only limited to Indian cities.
